LID Light in Design was born in 2012, as a result of the architect Eder Ferreira's desire to follow his own and authorial path that would unify the craft of projecting light and that of sharing knowledge, always in an optimized and fluid way.
There are more than 100 exclusive projects, 200 projects in partnership with other great professionals in the segment and almost a decade dedicated to teaching in several national institutions and own courses.

Architect and Lighting Designer
Graduated from FAU Mackenzie and Master from FAU-USP, he has been dedicated to architectural lighting since 2000.
In 2012, he founded Light In Design (LiD), an architectural lighting office, for which he has been developing lighting projects, leading to the correct technical and semantic application of light, promoting the enhancement of architectural space and the well-being of people.
Since 2012, he has been spreading his knowledge by teaching in graduate classes and in short courses, both with themes related to lighting design.
From 2017 to 2020, he was coordinator of the ABNT (Brazilian Association of Technical Standards) standards review committee related to lighting. He is currently the president of AsBAI, the Brazilian Association of Lighting Architects, responsible for the 2020/2021 biennium.
